What can new activists do to help the community best?
I think you should start local y’know? Look in the community around you and figure out what you can do to make it more affirming and more just. That may mean working to combat police brutality, organizing for racial justice, advocating for trans inclusion, or helping the environment, you can start with your community, because that’s what you know best.
Or, y’know, become a famous YouTuber…

One time I ran across the Brooklyn Bridge in five inch heels to raise money for the Ali Forney Center (an org that helps homeless LGBTQ youth in NYC) and it was hard but I felt so cool!

Secondly, many feminists disagree with the highly sexualised way in which women are portrayed in media. You frequently pose in very typically sexualised poses. How do you think this contributes or reduces sexual objectification of women or people?
We all deserve to be able to express our sexuality and sensuality without fear of retribution or violence, and I aspire to live in that world, so I pose in ways that make me feel good, some of which are sexy as hell I guess. No one should have to feel objectified for expressing their sexuality. I totally agree with you on that <3
