liam: i know for sure, i mean you know - he’s off doing his own thing at the moment which is cool for him. but it’s nice to you know, we kinda, banded together and i feel like we’re stronger than ever now actually. which is strange but - it’s worked out really nicely for everybody. obviously he’s happy and like congratulations to him on his new record deal and stuff, so. you know, it’s cool! loads of music, loads of love!
nick: yeah i’m glad that there’s love there liam. i would’ve been concerned.
liam: yeah there definitely is. there’s too much history for there not to be love to be fair. it’s just one of those sort of things, isn’t it? if your heart’s not into something, you can’t just carry on doing it because, you know, it’s like fame and stuff. you have to go and do what you wanna do. and obviously you know, like one direction was never zayn’s sort of music so he kinda always wanted to band somewhere else. and i did a lot of writing with zayn actually which was really cool, like i got a couple of songs that we’ve done that we haven’t really released yet. but we’re gonna give it to him like (?) which i think is pretty cool.
